SnoTap Song of the Day: Believe Me (feat. Drake) - Lil Wayne

I might have talked about this before, but there is something about rappers where they fall off the map for awhile, catch a ton of heat for it and come back in a major way. I felt like this happened with Jay Z. He hit the peak with the Black Album and started to mail in the albums despite saying he retired from rapping. He came back in a major way in the past couple years. Same thing happened with Lil Wayne after Carter III and No Ceilings as he hit a steady decline receiving much criticism. Wayne came back in a major way over the weekend with 'Believe Me' which features Drake on the hook and also a pretty strong verse as well. It sounds like Wayne is ready to rap again, and that's good news for hip-hop fans.
